A new U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Socioeconomic Profile Tool, developed by Headwaters Economics, can help you understand who lives and works in the communities where you deliver services. Understanding the community is critical to planning, stakeholder engagement, program and policy development and other activities. The web-based application provides users with reliable, customized reports on demographic and economic characteristics at the state level and down to Census tract level. The user-friendly tool is updated continually and can produce reports in Excel and PDF.
